Parent Teacher Conferences (PTC) are held twice a year in each division of Bais Yaakov. These personalized meetings are an integral part of the parent–teacher relationship as we work together to educate your daughters. The conferences are an opportunity for teachers to celebrate your daughter’s achievements and identify areas where she can grow and have further success in school.
Preschool / Elementary School
Monday, February 3, 2025 and Tuesday, February 18, 2025
Conferences will be held in the Bais Yaakov Middle School Gym on Smith Avenue.

Middle School
Wednesday, February 12, 2025 and Monday, February 17, 2025
Registration opens: Monday, January 27th: 10am
Registration closes: Monday, February 17th: 6pm
High School
Tuesday, February 4, 2025
Registration opens: Monday, January 27, 10 am
Registration closes: Monday, February 2nd, 10 am
Conferences are from 7:15-9:45 PM in the M. Leo Storch High School Auditorium
Please note that this year both meeting dates are open to all parts of the alphabet.
Please be reminded that dismissal time is 4:00 P.M. on the day of the conferences – except for college classes.
