Parent Teacher Conferences (PTC) are held twice a year in each division of Bais Yaakov. These personalized meetings are an integral part of the parent–teacher relationship as we work together to educate your daughters. The conferences are an opportunity for teachers to celebrate your daughter’s achievements and identify areas where she can grow and have further success in school.
Preschool / Elementary School
Tuesday, November 19, 2024 and Monday, November 25, 2024
Conferences will be held in the Bais Yaakov Middle School Gym on Smith Avenue.
Registration opens: November 12, 2024
Registration closes: November 25, 2024 (8:30 am)
Middle School
Wednesday, November 13, 2024 and Monday, November 18, 2024
Registration opens: Monday, November 4th: 10am
Registration closes: Thursday, November 14th: 6pm
High School
Wednesday, November 6, 2024 and Tuesday, Nov 12, 2024
Registration opens: Sunday, November 3rd
Registration closes: Sunday, November 10th
Conferences are from 7:15-9:45 PM in the M. Leo Storch High School Auditorium
Please note that this year both meeting dates are open to all parts of the alphabet.
Please be reminded that dismissal time is 4:00 P.M. on the day of the conferences – except for college classes.
